This program is ideal for dog parents looking to establish strong foundations quickly, for previous clients seeking to enhance their training experience, or for those who need flexibility when private training isn’t an option. BlackDog Facility - Wilmington, DE

At our Wilmington location, your dog will stay in a quiet home environment on the property of our training facility, complete with access to a fully fenced yard and low-distraction training space. Please note, we accept only two dogs into the program at a time to ensure highly personalized care, which may result in a waitlist for enrollment.

Each dog is provided with a private bedroom for rest times, equipped with:

• 24/7 pet-cam monitoring

• Comfortable bedding, crate or x-pen as needed

• Approved comfort items like enrichment toys, blankets, and calming tools (e.g., white noise and soothing scents)

Included in the program:

• Detailed progress videos/notes, accessible throughout the program

• Ongoing updates and support from our training team

• Basic daily care, training sessions, playtime with staff and other dogs (if appropriate), and fun offsite activities

2-Week Board & Train — $3,300

• Appropriate for basic skills and mild behavior concerns on a case by case basis

• Basic skills including: Sit, Down, Mat Work/Place, Foundations for Recall, and Loose Leash Walking

• Individualized focus on additional skills specific to your dog’s needs

• 45-minute “go-home” lesson

• 2 in-home follow-ups

3-Week Board & Train — $4,950

• Appropriate for all basic skills, intro to addressing behavior concerns including but not limited to: leash reactivity, cooperative care (handling for medical/grooming/basic needs), fear/anxiety, resource guarding, etc.

• Bite history accepted on case by case basis.

• Basic skills including: Sit, Down, Mat Work/Place, Foundations for Recall, and Loose Leash Walking

• Individualized focus on additional skills specific to your dog’s needs

• 45-minute “go-home” lesson

• 2 in-home follow-ups

4-Week Board & Train — $6,600

• Appropriate for all basic skills, with longer program length most appropriate for behavior modification including but not limited to: leash reactivity, reactivity/aggression to people, cooperative care (handling for medical/grooming/basic needs), resource guarding, etc.

• Bite history accepted on case by case basis

• Basic skills including: Sit, Down, Mat Work/Place, Foundations for Recall, and Loose Leash Walking, and Recall around Distractions

• Individualized focus on additional skills specific to your dog’s needs

• 45-minute “go-home” lesson

• 3 in-home follow-ups

• Up to 6 week programs available upon request

Returning Client Rate — $1,500/week

• Available to dogs who have previously completed a training package or group class with us.

Farmhouse Pet Lodge: Half-Week Board & Train

At our Georgetown location, Farmhouse Pet Lodge, your dog will stay in a luxurious, state-of-the-art suite complete with a private patio. Farmhouse is meticulously maintained with cutting-edge UV disinfection technology and a fully automated wet/dry cleaning system. Their experienced staff, well-versed in dog behavior and handling, ensures your dog receives exceptional care in collaboration with our team of certified trainers.

Included in the program:

• Detailed progress videos/notes, accessible throughout the program

• Ongoing updates and support from our training team

• Basic daily care, training sessions, playtime with staff and other dogs (if appropriate), and fun offsite activities

Weekend Mini-Stay — $675

• Available Thursday through Saturday only

• Luxury suite with private patio

• Perfect for dogs who need a quick refresher or focused training on a specific skill—such as recall, mat work, sit/down, or loose leash walking.

• 45-minute “go-home” lesson
